Question: Can I submit my exam in a paper format?
Answer:
Yes, but only on the Opscan form (FEMA 95-9). Fill all of the required information out on the form and submit the form for processing.
To request an Opscan form, please visit, training.fema.gov then select the menu option FEMA Independent Study then select the link to OpScan Form Request.
Once you receive your answer sheet, be sure to follow the instructions and mail your form into the Independent Study Program’s Office. Click here to go to OpScan Form Request.
